hi my name is victor howard in need help paying my light bill cause right now i cant get my apartment for m y family unless i pay 1,200  plz help me

I am in need of medical help, drs at the free clinic and hospital er think i may have colon cancer, i have a history of cancer in 2001, i recieved help from the american cancer society at that point, problem is now the funding has been cut to such a point and donations down that there is not place in the whole united states that can offer help with recieving a colonoscopy, i have no insurance and no income at this point i am too sick to work, is there any help available out there? i live in ga just south of atlanta and too far south to recieve any help from the hospitals that do offer it, and i am just stuck, i do not want to die just because i can not recieve any help with this matter.  I have tried to apply for medicaid and can not recieve it due to the fact that I have no children under the age of 18.  I have searched and searched, the colorectal cancer coalition, the american cancer society, a local cancer aid program and got turned away by all of these, the free clinic i use is only able to send me for certain tests, all of which show a blockage and need more testing to figure out what it is, a colonoscopy is what is needed.  I am living in severe pain and at this point have become homebound due to the bowel problems i am experiencing.  I have nowhere else to turn as family has helped me out all they can with helping me with a place to live and the only thing i can recieve from the govt is food stamps, which help greatly, but that doesnt help me with medical care.  The only doctor that said he would work with me on a sliding scale will charge 844.00 to do the colonoscopy, sliding scale fee at that!!! if i could afford that i wouldnt be going to the free clinic to get my blood pressure medications!  I am afraid that the blockage that has been found is growing daily as my pain increases daily.  I would appreciate any help out there or helpful advice from anyone, thank you for taking the time to read my post.

Hi, Does anyone know how i can get free homeowners insurance for our doublewide mobile home? We pay lot rent of 305.00 each month and we are still behind on that. They are charging 50.00 late charge each month on the amount that we are behind plus water and septic tank usage. We cant get the taxes paid of 229.00 paid to get the mobile home sticker so they are adding on another 30.00 extra each month and now to top it all off, they require us to have homeowners insurance which there is no way that we can afford, but they are adding 30.00 extra a month for not giving them proof of homeowners insurance. I dont know what to do or where to turn.  Somebody please help!!!   

i live in griffin ga and me and my kids moved into a home that ended up being mold infested,i have told my land lord and she has done nothin about it.my youngest son has asthma and it has made him very sick,weve all been sick from this.i need to know if anyone can tell me who i can call.i have refused to pay my rent until the problem is fixed.i live on a low incom and cant really afford to move.im afrade they will evict me.is there any one that can help me or give me some advice on what to do.
